Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design:  Managing Director at Plato Design, my role is account management, Marketing, and business development.

What do you like: I am a sports fanatic; I enjoy networking and surfing in my spare time.

What are you passionate about in the business? I am passionate about providing an awesome workplace for our staff and becoming an employer of choice in our industry. My passion is marketing and business development, our goal as a business is to provide business owners affordable and professional design and web services.

Lisa Plato

Creative Director

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design? I am one of the owners and I'm the Creative Director.

What does that actually mean? My job includes overseeing the creative work of the team, looking after my clients and a bit of design.

What do you like? I have a background in marketing and design and enjoy helping our clients plan their campaigns and offering creative ideas to help them stand out from their competition.

What are you passionate about in the business? I am passionate about branding and how powerful it can be in influencing our clients' customers and being able to be a part of their success.

Anj Hawkins

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design? My role at Plato Design includes business development & account management, I have had 4 years experience in servicing clients in a similar industry.

What do you like? Enjoy spending time with friends & family, have a bit of a soft spot for animals & love all sports.

What are you passionate about in the business? I am passionate in providing “second to none” customer service & ensuring all clients are 100% happy with the end solution/product or service provided.

Clare Wells

Marketing Co-ordinator

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design? My role includes managing the administration for Plato Design, marketing, and providing support to the account managers.

What do you like?  I love to Travel and I also enjoy movies, dancing, musicals and reading.

What are you passionate about in the business? I am passionate about the people. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with clients and co-workers, I also have a strong interest in marketing.

Lana

Designer

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design? I'm a graphic designer. I've been working as a designer for 6 years and have a strong background in retail design, direct marketing and print management.

What do you like? I love making handmade cards, rugby, music, dancing, travelling, adrenalin sports (sky diving, bungy jumping), and animals.

What are you passionate about in the business? I love being part of a young, fun and enthusiastic team.

What's your favourite type of design? I love clean and simple design and creative typography. I'm really interested in retro advertising also e.g. old Coke ads.

Ryan

Designer

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design? I am a graphic designer/illustrator. I have 5 years commercial experience, primarily in document layout, branding, advertising and retail design.

What do you like? I love drawing (and painting), tennis, golf, good music, good mates, nice cars, travel and board games.

What are you passionate about in the business? All of the opportunities! Every day is different and exciting, and there's always something new to learn or do. It's awesome being part of such a fun, like-minded team.

Matt

Web Designer / Developer

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design?  I design and develop websites and print material to reinforce our clients vision.

What do you like? Hacky sack, jiu jitsu and listening to my stoner rock music collection.

What are you passionate about in the business? Producing high quality work for our cilent's and making sure I always challenge myself to evolve in the industry.

What's your favourite piece of design? Anything that pushes the boundaries of art and design. Anything from Banksy or Tony Fomison.

Three items that represent you: My art, my customised surfboard and my iPod.

Frank

Web Developer

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design Frank, I am a web developer at Plato. My role is to find suitable software solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

What do you like? I enjoy outdoor sports, travelling and listening to good music while I'm programming. I am also partial to British comedy.

What are you passionate about in the business? The people, I enjoy working with the team at Plato. I am also passionate about the software we use which is locally produced and open source.

Web Developer

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design I'm Dylan, I am a web developer. I make things work after the others make it look pretty.

What do you like? I enjoy good friends and good conversation.

What are you passionate about in the business? I enjoy finding solutions to the challenges presented to me, and the team make coming to work an easy thing to do.

Three items that represent you: Cars, computers and tea instead of coffee.

Who are you and what's your role at Plato Design? I’m a web designer/developer and I help to design and develop websites for our clients.

What do you like? Playing golf, snowboarding and stand up comedy.

What are you passionate about in the business? I really enjoy creating unique online experiences for clients and the different challenges that these create.
